Tea Ceremonies can be a perfect addition to different kinds of retreats and gatherings - yoga, mindfulness, meditation, tantra, health, detox and women's - you name it. It can be done as a separate workshop on Tea and Chadao, or as a Mindful Tea Ceremony to complement other meditation practices, or as a beautiful Ceremony of Tea to connect to our body and senses and feel one with Life. Tea Ceremony at various retreats can contribute greatly to slowing down and dropping into the present moment. It can be done at sunrise to wake up with nature, awaken the senses and slowly transition into the day full of practices. Or it can be done at sunset to deeply connect with ourselves and reflect on what the day has brought. Tea is also a great connector - she connects and brings everyone together on a much deeper level.

I met Louisa a few years ago, when she invited me to hold tea ceremonies at her first Wild Woman Camp and the connections and friendships I made were incredible, and the the whole atmosphere was amazing and warm and truly special.
