Yulia & I are inviting you to this special collaborative event combining a restorative breath work and then integrating with the medicine of tea afterwards. I find that starting with the embodiment practice - either somatic movement, or breath - truly opens and grounds us, and then tea deepens this embodiment.

This event is part of Anima Series held in a beautiful Anima space (restaurant, wine bar and community) right on River Thames in Kew Bridge. Every time I go there, I love the sense of community, shared laughs, authenticity, and openness.
