SENSUAL DANCE WORKSHOP + TEA CEREMONY

  • The Piano Factory Kentish Town London, NW5 2SB United Kingdom (map)

In this collaborative workshop with Lera & Lesya we’ll go deep into a sensual journey combining the practice of sensual dance and the art of tea ceremony

We'll start with a journaling ritual to explore our desires. And then use embodiment tools to descend back into the magic of our bodies. From there - we’ll create!

(This practice is not about performance. It doesn’t matter how you look from the outside. It’s all about how you feel inside. It's about connecting to yourself and the potency of the force running through your body - yam!)

In the following part, Lera will lead a tea ceremony, inviting us to slow down, connect to senses and the art of listening and receiving. Tea ceremony is an invitation to slow down and go within, to savour, to feel, to sense ~ away from thinking and doing and into being. Which is what the essence of the feminine truly is about.
